Thailand is blessed with large tracts of limestone throughout its borders making it a veritable treasure trove of caves, flowstones, stalagmites, stalactites, and other underground formations.
It is estimated that there are approximate 4000 discovered caves in Thailand, but even more are unknown in the forest protected limestone peaks of the country.
Many caves are still active temples perfect for meditation retreats and other Buddhist activities that are mostly found in Thailand’s National Parks, others ideal for cave diving, offering unforgettable moments full of fun adventures.
