Kanchanaburi well known for its lush green jungle / forest landscapes is a popular destination for nature and eco tourism.

Blessed with beautiful waterfalls, national parks, caves, and relics and historical monuments of World War II (River Kwai, Hell Fire Pass) Kanchanaburi is a unique province (3rd largest in Thailand) offering a wide range of activities such as river rafting, trekking, 18-hole international standard golfing, camping and more. Kanchanaburi City is a well known resort spot on the river banks of Mae Klong where Kwai Noi and Kwai Yai meets.
The city area provides variety of accommodations ranging from bamboo rafts afloat on the rivers or luxury cabins and resorts.

Thungyai National Park, recently enlisted as one of United Nations’ World Natural Heritage, is recognized as a pristine national wildlife sanctuary.
